However, we offer fast WGI Certification.
If you wish to get an item, that has not yet, been certified we can cater that for you at an additional cost.
Our products are handmade. As we provide bespoke jewellery, our pieces and designed through your requirements or from our sketches.

ORDERING AND SHIPPING

You can place your orders through the website.
However, if you would like us to design you a bespoke item, you can text/ private message us on our social media.
Then once you are happy with your finalised product, you can place your order through with us, and through the prefered payment method.
Applies to certain modifications.
If the modifications make changes to the initial price, then you would need to pay the difference.
However, this can be discussed when you enquire a change.
Depends on the shipping provider.
Once your order is placed, then we will notify you when it has been shipped.
We strive to make sure that the items do not get damaged during the shipping process. However, if your item unfortunately arrives damaged, then send us a photo and explain what has been damaged.
Then a solution can be discussed.

The certification of the product is on the products page and on our social media. However, when purchased, you can receive the physical copy - and the emailed version if you desire.
